At IPTV Genie, we stand by the quality of our products and services, and strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. However, we understand that our IPTV subscription plans may not always meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you experience issues that we are unable to resolve, we are happy to provide a refund.

Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, please email us at contact@iptvgenie.store with the subject “Request for Refund” and include your transaction order ID. In the email, please describe the issues you are facing and the reason for your refund request. In some cases, we may require additional information or proof to assist in processing your request.

Conditions:

Please note that we cannot provide refunds for technical issues unless we have been given the opportunity to resolve them. If we are unable to resolve your issue within 48 hours, we will provide a full refund. Refunds may only be requested within 72 hours of the purchase date. After 72 hours, no refunds will be processed.

If you paid using a credit card, refunds will be processed and funds will be returned to the debit card on your bank account within 20 to 31 working days. However, in some cases, refunds may take up to 90 days to process. We are not responsible for any delays or time frames associated with refund processing, as we are only the IPTV service provider, not the payment processor.

We will issue a full refund for purchases made within 72 hours. For all other refund requests, we will provide a partial refund based on the duration of the subscription used. Our support team will contact you in all refund cases.

Please note that refunds or partial refunds will not be issued if you are unsatisfied with the channel line-up or performance. We strongly recommend that all customers try our trial before purchasing a 1 to 12-month package.

We will provide our best support to set up your box, devices, apps, and system in all cases of assistance requests. However, if you are unable to set up your own system, we cannot provide a refund.

If some channels are freezing, buffering, or not working sometimes, please note that this may be due to various reasons, including internet fluctuations, issues with your box/apps/customer setup, or channel downtime from our server. Our engineers are always working to fix these issues, which are usually temporary.

If you are unable to access your IPTV subscription plan for 48 hours or more due to server issues or problems caused by us, we will provide a full refund or add all lost time on top of your subscription for free, along with an extra bonus.

Please note that refund requests for the 24-hour trial will not be accepted.
